Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and self‑management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a valid California license.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
