Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions under the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
• Document patient progress and treatment responses accurately and on time
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs they can actually stick with
• Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising PT and care team
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards every single shift
• Help patients rebuild mobility, improve function, and hit meaningful treatment goals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following established treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• A team player who brings patience, energy, and a genuine love for patient care
• Willingness to float as needed within the facility
