Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments for each patient visit
• Assist the orthodontist during adjustments, bracket placement, and wire changes
• Take dental radiographs and intraoral scans with accuracy and care
• Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control standards
• Educate patients on braces care, oral hygiene, and retainer use
• Keep patient records organized and schedule follow-up appointments
• Provide warm, reassuring support to patients of all ages
• Manage supplies and keep the clinical area running smoothly

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification is required for this role
• Dental Assisting experience or completed training program
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in an afternoon to evening schedule
• Detail-oriented approach to clinical tasks and patient records
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with orthodontists and staff
