Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled therapy interventions under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment with accuracy and care
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs that build lasting results
• Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising PT and care team
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards every single day
• Help patients restore mobility, improve function, and reach their personal goals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following established treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset and a willingness to learn
• New grads and experienced assistants are both welcome to apply
