Roles & Responsibilities

• Make a real difference by welcoming and preparing patients for orthodontic treatments
• Partner with the orthodontist during adjustments, bracket placement, and wire changes
• Capture clear dental radiographs and intraoral scans with precision
• Keep the treatment area spotless by sterilizing instruments and maintaining organized spaces
• Empower patients with oral hygiene and orthodontic care education
• Keep the practice running smoothly by managing patient records and appointment scheduling

Qualifications

• Orthodontic Certification required - bring your specialized skills
• Dental Assisting experience that shows your dedication
• Current Maryland Dental Assistant license or registration if required
• Strong communication and patient care skills to connect with every patient
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced orthodontic practice
