Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled therapy interventions under the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and care
• Guide patients through education and customized home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status and updates clearly with the supervising PT and care team
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction
• Help patients rebuild mobility, improve function, and reach meaningful recovery goals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• A caring, patient-first mindset and a genuine desire to help people move better
• Strong communication skills and dependability in a fast-paced care setting
• Willingness to travel to Concord, CA for a 13-week assignment
