Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients following physician orders and referrals
• Build and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that truly move the needle
• Document services accurately and on time so every patient's story stays clear
• Supervise COTAs in line with practice acts and facility policies
• Partner with interdisciplinary care teams and families to wrap patients in support
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance in everything you do

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active state OT license, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• A collaborative spirit and a genuine heart for patient care
• Comfort working a full-time day schedule

• Occupational therapy evaluation and treatment techniques

• Accurate and timely patient documentation
• COTA supervision and mentorship
• Interdisciplinary team collaboration
