Location: Breckenridge, MN
Candidate Pay Rate: $50.4 - $50.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide advanced life support and emergency medical care to patients in need
- Assess patient condition quickly and make informed treatment decisions
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate clearly with hospital staff, patients and families to coordinate care
- Document patient care accurately and complete required reports in a timely manner
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Qualifications
- Current Paramedic (EMT-P) certification or equivalent
- Minnesota state paramedic licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current BLS; ACLS and PALS preferred or will be supported
- Valid driver license and good driving record as required by employer policy
- Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings
- Clinical experience in emergency medical services preferred
Education
- Graduation from an accredited Paramedic training program
- High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment skills and ability to prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with ALS equipment and emergency medications
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
- Comfortable with documentation systems and electronic patient records
