Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth patient experience
• Prepare patients for treatment and take dental X-rays with precision and care
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care to promote long-term health
• Maintain accurate patient records and support efficient office flow
• Manage supplies and inventory to keep the practice running seamlessly

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and equipment
• X-ray certification (Radiology Health and Safety) is a plus
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of dental terminology and orthodontic best practices
• Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Denticon)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a positive attitude
