Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents at Casa Real
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and progress
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and care strategies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in New Mexico or compact state
• Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented religious/medical exemption
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and treatment protocols
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Patient assessment and care planning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
