Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents at Casa Real
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and progress
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and care strategies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in New Mexico or compact state
- Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented religious/medical exemption
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and treatment protocols
- Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
