Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during examinations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
• Take dental X-rays and perform basic lab duties
• Educate young patients and their families on proper oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment flow
• Help create a positive and friendly atmosphere for children

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification or license (as required by Wisconsin)
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and a warm demeanor

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
