Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to those in need
• Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support nurses with clinical tasks and patient mobility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to lift and move patients safely
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior CNA experience is a plus, but we welcome new graduates too

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Skill in using vital sign monitoring equipment
• Ability to follow individualized care plans
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
