Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their communication goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
• Provide therapy sessions that are engaging and tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support continued progress at home.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Wyoming SLP license (or ability to obtain one)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Passion for making a difference in patients' lives
