Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients following physician orders and referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to maximize independence
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy focused on daily living skills
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise COTAs in line with state practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for holistic care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active Oregon OT license or ability to obtain before start
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient evaluation skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings preferred
