Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs per practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain one before start)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and treatment plan development
- Direct therapy delivery and functional mobility restoration
- Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Technicians
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and family education
- Regulatory compliance, safety, and infection control
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Clinical reasoning and adaptability
