Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating with compassion and respect
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Provide comfort and support to patients and families
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
