Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Evening shift, 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM, with 30-minute meal break
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor and record vital signs, food intake, and behavioral changes
- Communicate promptly with nursing staff regarding any changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for each resident
- Support residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and provide employment eligibility as required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
- Attention to detail when documenting and reporting
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and supporting residents
