Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs per state practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expert knowledge of physical therapy principles and evidence-based practice
- Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
- Accurate and timely documentation
- Supervision of PTA and Rehab Tech staff
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
