Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with safe mobility and transfers
- Assist with mealtimes and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
- Communicate with residents and their families in a warm and respectful manner
- Document care provided accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented exemption
- Ability to pass a background check

- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and assisting residents
- Understanding of HIPAA and resident privacy
