Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and nutrition needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings as scheduled
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
