Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in our ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding swiftly to any changes
• Administer medications and life-saving treatments with precision
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Document patient progress and ensure accurate medical records

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of California
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in critical care or ICU setting (preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing patient conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of critical care nursing practices
• Proficient in using ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Patient-centered approach to care
