Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for critically ill patients
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
• Document patient progress and update care plans accurately
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in California
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience strongly preferred
• CCRN certification is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in ICU equipment and monitoring devices
• Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and laboratory values
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Excellent assessment and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
