Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals and hydration, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Maintain a clean, comfortable environment and uphold infection control standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• A caring, patient, and dependable nature

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant procedures and resident care
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with limited mobility
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and observations
• Teamwork and collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment
