Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report vital signs and patient condition
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Support nursing staff with daily tasks
• Maintain a safe and clean environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required
• Valid state or federal issued identification
• Compassionate and dependable with a positive attitude

• Patient care skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
