Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence
- Document patient care accurately and completely
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
- Must have completed COVID-19 vaccine or be able to present a documented religious/medical exemption
- Able to provide a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times
- Registry personnel must meet facility onboarding requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical nursing skills and knowledge
- Medication administration and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to adapt quickly to different patient needs
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
