Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence
• Document patient care accurately and completely
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccine or be able to present a documented religious/medical exemption
• Able to provide a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Registry personnel must meet facility onboarding requirements

• Strong clinical nursing skills and knowledge
• Medication administration and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to different patient needs
