Shift Type: Per diem, days vary, 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
- Take and record vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Support residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Document care provided accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Compassionate and reliable with a strong work ethic
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Empathy and patience when working with residents
- Understanding of infection control practices
