Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing practices, medications, and patient assessment
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
