Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Document progress notes and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercises

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Entry‑level to experienced candidates welcome
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Functional assessment techniques
• Therapeutic exercise and activity modification
• Patient education and motivation
• Documentation and electronic health record proficiency
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
