Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active state OT license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• A passion for helping patients regain independence in daily living skills
