Bill Rate: $32.00 - $34.00/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform and process mobile X-ray exams using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, then transmit images to a radiologist for interpretation.
  • Transport portable X-ray equipment into nursing homes, correctional facilities, and home health settings to capture clinically diagnostic images ordered by physicians.
  • Administer EKGs as needed and transmit results to a cardiologist for review.
  • Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, ensuring accuracy and protocol compliance.
  • Communicate regularly with dispatch and management to coordinate schedules and routes.
  • Provide professional, compassionate care while interacting with peers, clients, and patients in various environments.
  • Maintain your vehicle and X-ray equipment to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Current ARRT Certification and active state licensure in Delaware and Maryland
  • Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good standing
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, or approved exemption documentation
  • Ability to push and pull up to 50-100 lbs of equipment, with vehicle ramps and pulleys assisting
  • Comfortable working in skilled nursing, correctional, and home health environments
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Proficiency with portable X-ray equipment, including Digital Radiography (DR) and Computed Radiography (CR)
  • EKG administration and transmission
  • Radiographic positioning and image quality
  • Vehicle and equipment maintenance
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Accurate documentation and billing procedures
  • Time management and route coordination
