Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including scaling and polishing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and at-home care techniques
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental assistant to ensure seamless patient visits
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout every appointment
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Scaling and root planing
• Patient education and oral hygiene instruction
• Infection control and sterilization best practices
• Radiography (though not required for this role)
• Team collaboration and time management
