Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and process portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) X-rays, transmitting images to radiologists for interpretation
• Transport and set up X-ray equipment at nursing homes, healthcare facilities, prisons, and home health settings to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to cardiologists for interpretation
• Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols
• Coordinate with dispatch and management to manage daily routes and provide timely patient care
• Maintain company vehicle and imaging equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation

Qualifications

• Hold ARRT certification and maintain required state licenses in Delaware and Maryland (or ability to obtain)
• Possess a valid driver's license in the applicable state with a good driving record
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption is required
• Ability to push or pull equipment weighing 50-100+ lbs, with mechanical assistance available
• Strong communication and organizational skills to interact with patients, facility staff, and dispatch

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in portable X-ray imaging using DR and CR technology
• Skilled in performing EKGs and transmitting results to cardiologists
• Knowledge of radiologic procedures, patient positioning, and safety protocols
• Strong documentation and communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, facility staff, and management
• Ability to maintain imaging equipment and vehicles in optimal condition
• Understanding of state licensure requirements and ARRT standards
