Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to keep patients smiling bright
• Take and develop dental X-rays to help diagnose oral health issues
• Provide personalized patient education on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Document patient care and update dental records accurately
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment areas

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient-first attitude
• Comfortable using dental software and digital imaging systems
• New graduates welcome - we can't wait to see your skills shine!

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, periodontal disease, and oral pathology
• Proficient in dental radiography and digital imaging
• Skilled in patient education and chairside manner
• Knowledgeable in infection control and OSHA standards
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
