Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients of all ages
• Examine patients for signs of oral diseases such as gingivitis and periodontitis
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
• Collaborate with Dr. Gorski and the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a dental office preferred but not required - new grads welcome to apply!
• Strong communication skills and a gentle touch with patients

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Understanding of dental radiography (X-ray) safety and techniques
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
