Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch dental cleanings and help patients achieve healthier smiles
• Take dental X-rays and prepare patients for procedures
• Educate patients on best practices for oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during exams and treatments to keep things running smoothly
• Maintain sterile treatment rooms and uphold infection control standards
• Document patient care accurately and with confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Genuine passion for patient care and education
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene techniques and instrumentation
• X-ray certification and experience with digital radiography
• Understanding of HIPAA and infection control protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
