Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform MRI and X-Ray examinations with precision and compassionate patient care
• Operate and optimize Siemens imaging equipment when available to produce high-quality images
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain imaging records in PACS/DICOM systems
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff
• Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support diagnostic workflows
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes clearly, and assist with positioning
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to advance practice

Qualifications

• ARRT registered (required)
• Proven experience performing MRI and X-Ray studies
• Siemens experience preferred
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of MRI and X-Ray imaging principles and protocols
• Familiarity with Siemens scanner operation and optimization
• Patient positioning and anatomy for diagnostic imaging
• Radiation safety and infection prevention practices
• Experience with PACS/DICOM and electronic imaging workflows
