Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including medication administration and wound care
Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with infection control standards

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Michigan
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
Knowledge of electronic health records
Skilled in patient assessment and care coordination
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
