Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to the care team
Assist patients with activities of daily living to promote independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Qualifications

Current and active LPN license in Maryland
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Proficiency in electronic health records
