Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients as an LPN — your bedside presence matters
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures to patients
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to coordinate excellent care
• Maintain clear, timely charting and ensure regulatory documentation standards are met
• Support patient and family education to promote recovery and understanding

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active license or eligible to obtain NC licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work day shifts and participate in every-other-weekend rotation
• Reliable, patient-focused, and able to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN) or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong medication administration and documentation skills
• Vital signs assessment and basic patient monitoring
• Effective communication and patient education abilities
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Familiarity with infection control practices and safety protocols
• Comfortable assisting with ADLs and providing compassionate bedside care
