Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents promoting comfort and quality of life
- Lead and mentor Resident Assistants with coaching and training on proper nursing techniques
- Deliver safe professional care following facility policies and state regulations
- Administer medications accurately and follow each resident's individual plan of care
- Practice the Choices Philosophy of Care treating every resident with dignity and respect
- Maintain safety standards using universal precautions and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Alaska LPN licensure required
- BLS CPR certification from American Heart Association required
- 1 year of Long Term Care nursing experience preferred
- New graduates welcome with 8-12 month preceptorship at Heritage Place
Education
- Associate's degree in nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and clinical leadership skills
- Ability to coach and educate nursing staff
- Commitment to safety and infection control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
