Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care in accordance with facility policies and best practices
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and demonstrate required clinical skills
• Maintain up-to-date health screenings and immunizations required by the site
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and communicate changes in condition promptly
• Adapt quickly to new unit workflows and contribute positively to unit culture

Qualifications

• Valid, active license for the applicable clinical role in the state of Michigan (per site requirements)
• Willingness to complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing prior to assignment
• Ability to meet all site health requirements: Fit Test, Trinity Color Vision, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, Respirator Evaluation
• Documentation of immunizations and screenings: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot), Tdap, COVID-19 vaccine, Influenza vaccine
• Current BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, specialty) as applicable to the role
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Education

• Appropriate clinical degree or diploma for the role (for example, ASN/BSN for nursing or relevant degree for other clinical roles)
• Additional specialty training or certifications as required by the position

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with infection control practices and occupational health requirements
• Strong clinical assessment and patient safety skills
• Comfort with competency-based testing and rapid onboarding
• Effective documentation and electronic health record familiarity
• Ability to work within a team and communicate clearly across disciplines
