Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, and fluoride treatments
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate dental records
• Assist dentists during a variety of procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient comfort
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety protocols
• Familiarity with electronic dental records
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
