Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch radiologic procedures across multiple modalities for accurate diagnostics
Champion radiation safety and ALARA standards while protecting patients
Perform quality control checks and operate advanced imaging equipment with precision
Educate patients, verify orders, and ensure seamless exam protocols
Collaborate with the team, assist in training, and maintain supply inventory
Troubleshoot equipment issues and step up for emergencies or coverage

Qualifications

ARRT registration in Radiology (R) and at least one additional modality like CT, MR, M, N, or S
ARDMS registration for sonography roles if applicable
Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days
Prior experience as a Technologist preferred, with encouragement for cross-training
Able to pass background check, drug screen, and employee health requirements

Education

At least 16 years of age, legally able to work in the US
Required ARRT or ARDMS registries in at least two modalities within 1 year if eligible

Knowledge & Skills

Radiation safety and ALARA principles
Patient care and education techniques
QC procedures and equipment operation
PACS, RIS/HIS, and Microsoft Office proficiency
Effective communication and independent judgment
