Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure and temperature
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to ensure patient comfort
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Document patient care accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of medical terminology and vital signs
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration
