Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Help residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
• Respond to resident call lights promptly and with empathy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
• Document care provided and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules
• Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to resident needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of resident rights and HIPAA
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to lift, transfer, and support residents safely
• Teamwork and ability to follow care plans
