Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Document and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Collaborate with the care team to provide the highest quality of life for residents

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• A genuine passion for caring for others

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant skills and resident care principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Time management and prioritization skills
