Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and transfers safely to maintain independence
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
• Document care and observations accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing resident needs
• A genuine commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Skill in taking and recording vital signs
• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Strong attention to detail in documentation
• Compassionate, patient, and approachable demeanor
• Effective teamwork and collaboration with nursing staff
