Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
• Document care provided and observations accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the care team to support each resident's physical and emotional well-being

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to quality resident care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of ADLs and patient care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
