Shift Type: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, and promptly report any concerns or changes to the nursing team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep residents safe and comfortable
- Support residents during meals and snacks, tracking intake and alerting staff to any issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment following infection control guidelines
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with residents, families, and teammates
- Show up ready to build trust and brighten each resident's day
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in New Mexico (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- COVID-19 vaccine or documented medical/religious exemption per facility policy
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to wear a photo badge at all times
- Reliable, caring, and team-oriented with a passion for helping others
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Keen attention to detail for accurate documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
