Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents in a transitional rehab center
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Support infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healing environment
- Collaborate with nurses and therapists to help patients reach their recovery goals
- Document care provided accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred
- Compassionate and reliable team player
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and basic medical terminology
- Ability to assist with ADLs, mobility, and transfers
- Attention to safety and infection prevention
- Adaptability to changing patient needs in a fast-paced rehab setting
